The JSerra Boys Basketball team won its sixth straight game on Wednesday with a 55-45 triumph over the Orange Lutheran Lancers in a Trinity League game at Orange Lutheran High School.

The Lions improve to 16-3 overall and 2-0 in league play.

Orange Lutheran trimmed the deficit to 40-34 with five minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, but key free throws down the stretch by junior Brannon Martinsen and senior Grayson Sinek helped the Lions secure a double-digit win.

Martinsen added 16 points and a team-best four steals.

Sinek scored 15 points, connecting on 7-of-9 from the free throw line.
